Wild Profiles

Fieldbook Magazine asked for animal portraits for a special issue about how we look at animals.

Most were made in sanctuaries with a portable backdrop, waiting for each animal to turn into profile. The horses were shot at a slow shutter speed as they ran past.

The portraits filled the issue and a touring exhibition the year after.
